The normal version of Gun Money with 5:01 still is longer than this 'long version'. Something strange was going on as there also was a 'revised label' sheet included in the sleeve:

My guess is that some record company official phoned a secretary to correct the track timings. The message that the Gun Money track was shorter probably was misinterpreted as bearing reference to the Short Version.
