Say What You Can [Let It Happen]

That you love me
And thinkin' above me
It's bigger than you, and it's true

So let it happen
And let the tide roll into shore
Where I can rest and be assured

That you love me
And thinkin' above me
It's bigger than you, and it's true

You think of children
You think of leaving something behind
So let it happen

Say what you can
But you can't understand
It's bigger than you, and it's true

It must be the music
You let it happen, go to your head
And all adds up what has been said

Say what you can
But you can't understand
It's bigger than you, and it's true

[scat singing and instrumental outroll]

sitenotes:
Interesting takeout, with Danny Thompson on acoustic bass (by the sound of it). The instrumentation is more sparse, the lyric is different from the released version and is showing the relationship starts showing some cracks.
I suppose this track was originally meant to be on The Road To Ruin, because the 'Let it happen' phrase that ended up as title on the back cover.
